Kimberly Dow

Kimberly Dow is an experienced education leader currently serving as the Executive Director and Head of Upper School at Khan Lab School since August 2018. Previously, Kimberly held roles such as Chief Academic Officer at US Performance Academy from January 2015 to June 2021, Interim Director at Emergent Academy, and Educational Consultant at EF Education First. Additional experience includes serving as Head of School at NSA and founding KD Media Inc. Kimberly's early career featured positions such as Director of Online Learning at LRN, faculty member at Marlboro College, and Division Director of Education at the Smithsonian Institution: Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. Educational achievements include a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from Harvard Graduate School of Education, an MS in Astrophysics from the University of Arizona, and a BS in Physics from Marlboro College.
