Subin Ramakrishnan

Subin Ramakrishnan has extensive work experience in sales and operations management. Subin is currently serving as the Head of State Operations for Khatabook, where they are responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets. Prior to this role, they were the Head of City Operations for Khatabook, where they successfully led a team to achieve merchant acquisition goals and drive active merchant targets.

Before joining Khatabook, Subin worked as a City Manager for Jugnoo, where they coordinated sales forecasting and planning processes, increased revenue from existing clients, and conducted daily meetings with the sales team to drive sales conversion. Subin also gained experience as a Deputy Manager of Marketing for ASKME.com, where they developed customer profiles and implemented sales plans.
