Shafqut Hamid

Shafqut Hamid is currently the VP of IPCC Development, Deployment and R&D at Khazana Enterprise, overseeing the Omni Channel Contact Center solution with 24/7 production support. Prior to this role, Shafqut held various leadership positions in information technology at companies such as ibex, TRG, and COMSATS Internet Services. With a background in system administration and technical engineering, Shafqut has a strong track record of managing complex IT infrastructures and driving technology solutions to meet business needs. Shafqut holds a BE degree in Electrical and Telecom from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology.
