Ainol Yaacob

Ainol Yaacob currently serves as the Head of Transformation - Finance and Head of Tax Planning and Advisory at Khazanah Nasional Berhad since March 2021. Prior experience includes leadership roles at BP from April 2012 to February 2021, where Ainol was the Head of Country, Malaysia, and Global Head of Tax Reporting and Statutory Financial Reporting. Ainol's early career included positions at EY focusing on corporate and international tax, and at Deloitte LLP in tax risk management with notable secondments to National Grid and Shell, contributing to tax reporting processes and compliance strategies. Ainol began professional journey in audit and international tax at KPMG. Ainol holds a BA in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Essex and attended the Royal Military College.
