Halil Ucarer

Halil Ucarer is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as the Director of Investments and Head of the Khazanah Turkey Regional Office at Khazanah Nasional Berhad since July 2018. Ucarer is also an active board member at Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Airport and Fajr Capital, alongside a role as a Board Observer at Acronis and Fine Hygienic Holding. Previously, Ucarer contributed to the International Finance Corporation as an Investment Officer, focusing on equity and debt investments across Turkey and neighboring regions. Ucarer's expertise is backed by an MBA from SDA Bocconi and The Wharton School, along with a BA in Economics from Koç University.
