Ronald L L Liaw

Ronald L L Liaw has a diverse work experience in finance and treasury roles. Ronald L L started their career at Khazanah Nasional Berhad in 2012 as a Graduate Trainee Finance and later joined Flemmings UK as an ACA Trainee Accountant. In 2016, they returned to Khazanah Nasional Berhad as an Assistant Manager in Treasury. Ronald L L then moved to Malaysia Airlines as a Senior Analyst in Treasury, focusing on FX and Fuel Hedging. In 2019, they joined PETRONAS in the Group Treasury department, specifically handling Strategic FX Management. Currently, Ronald is Vice President of Funding & Treasury at Khazanah Nasional Berhad.

Ronald L L Liaw attended the University of Nottingham Malaysia from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Finance, Accounting & Management with a focus on Accounting and Finance. In 2017, they obtained the ACA certification from the ICAEW. Additionally, Ronald L L Liaw became a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) Charterholder in 2022, certified by the CFA Institute.
