Jeison Lopez

Jeison Lopez has extensive experience in facility management, currently serving as the Director of Buildings & Grounds at Kingsbridge Heights Community Center since November 2019. Prior to this role, Jeison held the position of Director of Building Services at CareRite Centers from August 2018 to October 2019. Jeison also worked as an Independent Contractor from May 2007 to August 2018, managing various projects in New York. Additional roles include Engineer at ArchCare at Mary Manning Walsh Home and Director of Maintenance at Park Gardens Rehabilitation and Nursing Center LLC. Jeison’s educational background includes HVAC certification from the Superintendents Technical Association in 2017, an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from CUNY Bronx Community College, and coursework at John Jay College (CUNY).
