Francesca Frisque

Francesca Frisque is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community service and program management. Currently serving as Food Pantry Manager at Goodman Community Center since June 2020, Francesca oversees operations to strengthen lives in the community. Previous roles include Food Pantry Coordinator and Human Resources Generalist at the State of Wisconsin Investment Board, where Francesca managed travel arrangements and supported a workforce of over 180 staff. Francesca also served as an Employment & Training Specialist at the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, focusing on job search assistance for diverse individuals. Additionally, Francesca held the position of Program Director at Wisconsin Campus Compact, managing grant-funded programs aimed at poverty reduction, and worked as a Refugee Instructor at the International Learning Center. Francesca began a career in community disaster education with the American Red Cross, enhancing preparedness in the Seattle area. Francesca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Mass Communications from the University of Minnesota.
