Armin Basten

Armin Basten is an experienced commissioning engineer and site manager, currently employed at KHD Humboldt Wedag in Köln, Germany, since July 2011, focusing on hardware and software commissioning and instrumentation. Previous roles include engineering positions at Serve Engineering S.A. in Luxembourg (2004-2010), and S&D Blechtechnologie GmbH in Germany (2002-2003), where responsibilities encompassed project engineering, CNC machine programming, and project management. Armin’s earlier work at SRG Schaltanlagen GmbH involved commissioning and the manufacturing of electrical cabinets, while an initial military service period as an aircraft electrician at JaboG 35 provided foundational skills in energy equipment electronics.
