Ashwajeet Garg is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse background in sustainability, wellness, and textile sourcing. As the Founder and CEO of Kheoni since January 2023, Ashwajeet has spearheaded efforts to establish a biodiversity-awarded forest in central India by planting 35,000 trees over the last seven years. Prior to Kheoni, Ashwajeet served as Director at Zivaya Wellness Pvt. Ltd from July 2014 to March 2023, overseeing the development of wellness centers and managing operations and partnerships with hotel chains. Additional experience includes directing business development at Prefme and founding the skill barter app Tetoota. Ashwajeet's earlier career involved a significant tenure at Standard Textile as Country Head & Sourcing Manager for South Asia, where strategic sourcing and product development were key responsibilities. Ashwajeet holds a Master’s Degree in Apparel and Textile Marketing Management from North Carolina State University and an Engineer’s Degree in Textile Sciences and Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.

Kheoni, a story of sustainability... An endeavour to bring the most pristine and wellness-promoting natural ingredients, into your skincare and food, like how nature meant it to be. Kheoni is a sustainability-led initiative born out of a need to plant and sustain a forest, Keshar Parvat (now a biodiversity-awarded site), in central India. This mammoth task involved planting over 35,000 trees on a barren hill in the last 7 years. To support this and several such initiatives across borders, Kheoni now has a beautiful collection of inclusive and wellness-oriented skincare and natural superfood products by working with inclusive communities across the country. Using sustainably-sourced natural ingredients and their age-old traditional methods, we are bringing the goodness of nature back into the lives of people. At Kheoni, we believe nothing should last forever, not even our packaging. Our products are handmade and packaged using environmentally friendly materials like reclaimed pine wood, organic cotton, coconut coir, paper, palm leaves etc. We’re also proud to say that some of our products have a zero carbon footprint.
