Kamaka Pili

Kamaka Pili serves as the Weather Anchor and Reporter for KHON2 News in Hawai'i since April 2018, focusing on integrating Hawaiian culture into reports. As the CEO, Producer, and Host of Aloha Authentic, Kamaka provides a platform for local artists to share their stories. In addition, Kamaka holds the position of President at Native Hawaiian Arts & Culture Expo LLC, aiming to promote Hawaiian arts and culture through community engagement. With a commitment to teaching, Kamaka instructs children in hula at the Royal Hawaiian Center and shares the love of hula as an Entertainer/Dancer for Hawaiian Airlines. Other roles include guiding for North Shore Ecotours and serving as a Cultural Program Assistant and Advisor for various organizations. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Hawai‘i System and training in hula and massage therapy.
