Manoj Bhudhia

Manoj Bhudhia has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Manoj most recently worked at Khonology as a Delivery Manager, where they facilitated project delivery by effectively managing team members and their work schedules. Prior to that, they held a similar role at M&M Consulting as an Information Technology Delivery Manager.

Before that, Bhudhia worked at Economic Development Solutions (EDS) as a Project Consultant for over a year, where they utilized their expertise to provide valuable insights and guidance. Manoj also worked at EDS Systems (RF) (Pty) Ltd as an IT Business Analyst / Project Coordinator, where they analyzed customer requirements, drafted user stores, and participated in Agile ceremonies.

In addition, Bhudhia has worked as an IT Business Analyst / Project Coordinator at Amadeus Mid Back Office (AMBO), supporting the Operations and Development Manager with special projects and business process mapping.

Earlier in their career, Bhudhia worked at TraveluXion as a Project Executive, where they successfully planned, executed, and finalized projects within strict deadlines and budget. Manoj also gained project management experience at Tourvest Travel Services, where they served various roles such as IT Project Manager, IT Project Coordinator, and IT Change Control and Procurement Manager.

Bhudhia began their career at Cullinan Outbound Tourism, where they held roles as an IT Systems Administrator, IT Web Developer, and IT Helpdesk Engineer. During this time, they gained experience in P.C. rollouts, web development, and IT support.

In 2020, they attended the University of Cape Town to study Business Systems Analysis, focusing on the field of Business. In 2014, they obtained a Gold Diploma in Project Management and Business Administration from Birnam Business College. Prior to that, they completed a National Diploma in Information Technology at Wits Technikon from 1998 to 2001. Manoj Bhudhia also achieved a Matric Exemption at Nirvana Secondary School between 1993 and 1997. Before their secondary education, they attended Impala Crescent Primary School from 1986 to 1992. Additionally, Manoj Bhudhia completed Preschool education at Partidar Montessori Preschool in 1985.

In terms of additional certifications, Manoj Bhudhia has earned various qualifications over the years. In 2019, they completed a Scrum Overview course at Think Agile. In 2018, they obtained the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation certification from Torque-IT. Moreover, they earned a Diploma in Project Management and Business Administration from Birnam Business College in 2014. Manoj Bhudhia also holds a National Diploma in Information Technology from the University of the Witwatersrand, which they acquired in 2002.
