Jatheen Anand

Jatheen Anand has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jatheen is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Khoros since September 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at Lightning AI from June 2022 to September 2023. From July 2020 to June 2022, Jatheen worked as the Vice President of Engineering at Cohesity and as the Senior Director of Engineering, Data Protection from December 2017 to July 2020. Jatheen also worked as the Director of Engineering at Veritas Technologies LLC from July 2015 to November 2017, where they were responsible for building and launching backup data storage devices. Before that, they held various managerial and engineering roles at Symantec from 2005 to 2015. Jatheen began their career as a Software Engineer at Veritas Software in 2002 and also worked as a Web Developer at California State University, Sacramento and a Production Officer at Arvind Limited.

Jatheen Anand has a Master's degree in Computer Science from California State University-Sacramento. Jatheen also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a SAFe Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc.
