Joe Hart

Joe Hart has a diverse range of work experience. Joe started their career as a Project Manager at Digitron Electronics from 1998 to 2003. Joe then worked as a Consultant at Jstreams Inc. from 2002 to 2005. Joe joined Khoros in 2007, initially as a Sr. Software Engineer and later as a Senior Engineering Manager until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they served as the Sr. Director of Engineering, where they managed community development teams and launched a new development center in India. Since 2016, they have been the VP of Engineering at Khoros, where they lead a team of 80 Dev, QA, and Operations engineers. Joe is responsible for major product development, technical roadmap, budgeting, customer retention, and overall business goals. Joe has achieved significant accomplishments, including developing a cross-location management team and achieving revenue and expansion goals.

Joe Hart received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2007. Prior to that, they attended Carlmont High School from 1992 to 1996, where they studied Computer Science.
