Lisa Bidder

Lisa Bidder has extensive experience in the technology and gaming industry. Lisa started their career at Ubisoft as an Online Events Coordinator, where they organized and managed various online events and coordinated a small team. Lisa then worked as a Forum Manager, providing updates and information to the community and compiling feedback reports for Ubisoft. Lisa then joined Microsoft as an Xbox MVP, where they shared their knowledge and provided feedback to enhance technology use. Lisa later became the Managing Director at XboxGameZone, where they were responsible for editorial content, community management, and organizing large-scale events. Lisa also worked at Khoros as a Principal Strategy Consultant & Global Community Strategy Lead, where they provided consultancy to clients and led the global Community Strategy team. Lisa also held roles as a Senior Strategy Consultant and Senior Social Solutions Consultant at Lithium, providing consultancy and building strong relationships with clients. Currently, they are working at Khoros as a Customer Solutions Director, working directly with clients to improve customer experience and recommend software solutions. Lisa Bidder attended Soundwell College in Bristol from 1994 to 1996, where they studied Business Studies. In 2014, they completed a course in Digital Marketing at Squared Online. Additionally, Lisa has obtained various certifications, including Community Manager Certification from Lithium Technologies in 2012 and Community Manager Certification II in 2016. Lisa also holds certifications in Digital Marketing from Squared Online in 2014 and Social Psychology from Wesleyan University in 2013. In 2023, Lisa will become an MVP Alumni at Microsoft.
