Marcia So

Marcia So possesses extensive experience in customer operations and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Customer Operations Engineer at Lithium Technologies since December 2009, with previous roles as a Senior Sustaining Engineer and Senior Customer Support Engineer. Prior to joining Lithium Technologies, Marcia held the position of Principal Consultant at Klish Group from October 2008 to July 2009 and served as a Senior Technical Support Engineer - Technical Lead at Interwoven from October 2000 to October 2008. Marcia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from De La Salle University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Mapúa University, complemented by further education at Foothill College and UCSC Extension.
