Penny Hill

Penny Hill serves as the Senior Director of Marketing Operations at Khoros since April 2022, leading a global marketing operations team focused on various aspects such as web presence, technology, and data management. Previously, Penny held key positions at Windstream Enterprise, including Director of Marketing Operations and Senior Manager of Marketing Operations and Technology, where significant achievements included managing B2B marketing operations and adapting strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic. Penny has also contributed as a Consultant in Data Analytics and held various roles in marketing and operations at Valor Telecom, Valor Business Solutions, and Birch Telecom, consistently enhancing processes through effective data management and technology integration. Education was pursued at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC).
