Samim Ansari is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support roles. Currently serving as an IT Support Engineer at Peak since July 2022, Samim previously held the position of IT Helpdesk Engineer-II at Sumo Logic from September 2019 to July 2022. Prior to that, Samim worked as an Apple Customer Support Engineer at Conquer Technologies from November 2017 to September 2019. Samim holds a degree from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, which was completed between 2012 and 2015.
