Shannon Barnhart is an experienced product and technical solutions manager with a career spanning over 16 years at Cerner Corporation, where key roles included Staff Product Manager and Senior Manager of Usability and Design for Workforce Enablement, as well as leading a team focused on technical documentation. Currently, Shannon serves as a Staff Product Manager at Khoros since August 2022. With a strong background in managing web applications and leading teams to develop critical resources, Shannon has demonstrated expertise in enhancing user experience and delivering solutions for a vast client base. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s of Science in Journalism from The University of Kansas, obtained in 2006.
