Nikita Sanwal

Nikita Sanwal, PhD, currently serves as Program Manager at KHPT since August 2023. Previously, Nikita held the position of Senior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from 2018 to 2021, and worked as a Lecturer of Food Technology at Kumaun University, Nainital from September 2016 to August 2018. Prior experience includes a role as a Quality Assurance Intern at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd. in early 2016. Nikita completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Food Process Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from 2019 to 2023, and earned a Master of Technology in Food Process Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University between 2014 and 2016.
