Prathibha Rai

Prathibha Rai is an experienced project leader with a strong background in community health and program implementation. Since January 2012, Prathibha has been serving as the Project Lead and Manager of Community Interventions at KHPT, providing guidance on program conceptualization, strategic planning, and training module development for frontline health workers. Prior to this role, Prathibha held positions as Project Officer at Population Services International and FICCI, where responsibilities included stakeholder networking, project implementation planning, and budget development. Additionally, Prathibha has experience as a Senior Counselor at Freedom Foundation, mentoring counseling teams and conducting training for healthcare staff. Prathibha holds an M.S.W. and M.Phil. in Medical & Psychiatric Social Work from Mangalore University.
