Karidas Tshintsholo has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 when they were a Candidate Fellow for the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation. Karidas then served as the Executive Project Manager for Investor Games at Investment Society (InvestSoc.) UCT in 2014, and as House Leadership and Head Mentor at Leo Marquard Hall, University of Cape Town in 2013. In the same year, they Co-founded and served as Executive Director of MoneyTree Group, a media, publishing and marketing business with a key focus on the youth and emerging markets/segments of the economy. In 2015, they were an Anzisha Prize Fellow and Advisory Board Member for The Anzisha Prize. In 2017, they became the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of KHULA!, and in 2022 they became a Southern Africa Council Member for the International Fresh Produce Association.
Karidas Tshintsholo attended Ekangala Comprehensive High School from 2008 to 2012. Karidas then attended the University of Cape Town from 2013 to 2015, studying Commerce.
