Zahirul Islam

Zahirul Islam is currently an Executive Engineer & OIC of the Foundry Shop at KHULNA SHIPYARD LIMITED. Zahirul has previously worked as an Associate Manager at Linde Bangladesh Ltd (formerly BOC Bangladesh Ltd.) from May 2013 to August 2020. Prior to that, they were a Project Engineer at Ananda Shipyard and Slipways Ltd.(ASSL) from April 2011 to April 2013. Their first job was as a Design & Drawing Engineer at Prompt Engineers from May 2010 to April 2011.

Zahirul Islam completed their HSC in the Science stream from DRMC - Dhaka Residential Model College. Zahirul then went on to do their SSC in the Science stream from Power Development Board High School, Ghorasal. Zahirul pursued their engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology. After working for a few years, they decided to study further and completed their Post Gradate Diploma in Financial Management from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM).
