Arun Balakrishnan

Arun Balakrishnan has been working in the field of data strategy and architecture since 1998. Arun began their career as a Developer at TCS in 1994. In 1998, they joined Covansys as a Senior Manager. In 2006, they began working as a Consultant at Information Control Corporation, where they were a Data and ETL architect in projects involving multiple source systems and data sources. In 2010, they joined J P Morgan Chase as a Vice-President Data Strategy and Analysis Manager for Chase Auto Finance (CAF) and a Data Analysis Manager. Arun then moved to Santander Consumer USA Inc. in 2015, where they were the Director of Business Data Strategy & Solutions. In 2018, they became the Director of Data Strategy & Architecture at Khyanafi, where they were responsible for defining and managing the centralized critical data attribute and technical governance work across metadata, lineage, data quality and data governance functions.

Arun Balakrishnan completed a Master of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) between 1990 and 1994. Arun also attended Vivekananda College, though no further details are provided.
