Cathy McDonnell is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a strong background in training administration and coordination. Currently serving as a Training Administrator at KI Group since November 2021, Cathy previously held roles at MSWA as a Learning and Development Coordinator and within various capacities in retail sales and corporate training. Notable experience includes over 15 years at Sabre Travel Network, where Cathy was a Senior Trainer responsible for delivering training across multiple regions, developing customized curricula, and managing training administration. Cathy holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has extensive expertise in learner management systems, training compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
