Betsy Goltermann

Betsy Goltermann serves as a Board Member at Meridian Design Build since June 2023, contributing to governance decisions within a newly formed ESOP at a full-service construction firm. With an extensive tenure at KI Industries, Inc. since February 1985, Betsy holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board, overseeing accounting, finance, and ESOP matters while chairing the audit committee and participating in the compensation committee. Betsy has also advised the CEO on board and management succession plans and led corporate development activities. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and Staff Accountant at KI Industries, focusing on sales growth and EBITDA improvement. Betsy's career began at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Accountant. Betsy holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
