Breno Sherrer Caraccio

Breno Sherrer Caraccio has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Breno started their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Intesis, where they maintained an ERP application for groceries and created and customized e-Commerce pages using Java, SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, PHP, and OpenCart.

Following their internship, Breno worked at Alpha7 Desenvolvimento de Software as a Middle Java Programmer. In this role, they were responsible for code reviewing and developing a drugstore ERP application. Breno worked on both the front-end and back-end layers of the application, utilizing technologies such as JDK8, JEE7, PostgreSQL, WildFly Application Server, Scrum, Gerrit Code Review, PHP, MySQL, Shell script, and Regular Expressions.

After that, Breno joined PlayKids as a Junior Developer, where they contributed to the creation of educational content for kids through the development of games and other interactive apps.

Breno then moved to EF Education First as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on EF Class, a tool aimed at helping teachers improve their teaching experience. Breno played a crucial role in providing high-end content and developing various tools to engage students.

Currently, Breno works at Ki Insurance as a Senior Software Engineer. Ki Insurance is an innovative product in the Lloyd's of London Specialty Insurance market, focusing on unusual coverages like rockets, space stations, and property blocks.

Through their career, Breno has showcased their expertise in various technologies and methodologies, including Java, SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, PHP, OpenCart, JDK8, JEE7, Scrum, Gerrit Code Review, Shell script, and Regular Expressions. Breno Sherrer Caraccio completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in System Development & Analysis from Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Breno attended this university from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they studied informatics at the Technical School of Limeira - COTIL. Breno also obtained a certification as an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer from Oracle in May 2016.
