Kelly Madeley

Kelly Madeley serves as the Chief People Officer at Ki Insurance since January 2024, following a brief tenure as the Group Human Resources Director at The MISSION Group. Prior to these roles, Kelly was the Human Resources Director at Direct Line Group from September 2015 to October 2023, where significant transformations in people and culture were implemented, including an Agile operating model that achieved substantial cost savings. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Chubb, the Bank of England, and the Financial Services Authority, focusing on organizational design, strategic people initiatives, and management development. Kelly holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from London South Bank University.
