Lucian Mot

Lucian Mot has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Lucian started their career in 2013 as a Web Developer and Co-Founder at VisualEdge, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined Cristea & Co as a Team Leader and Support Engineer. After that, they worked at Azur Group from 2020 to 2023, initially as a Product Engineer and later as a Software Engineer. At Azur Group, Lucian was primarily responsible for delivering back-end features for client applications and led the development of a product in the insurtech industry. Currently, they are working at Ki Insurance as a Full Stack Engineer since 2023.

Lucian Mot attended Makers for an unspecified duration until 2019, where they studied Computer Software Engineering. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics at Griffiths School of Management from 2009 to 2012. Lucian completed their high school education at Economic College of Arad, specializing in Economics, from 2005 to 2009, obtaining a High School Diploma.
