Kaitlyn Budd has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kaitlyn started their career as an Associate Research Specialist at UW School of Medicine and Public Health in 2008, where they conducted research. In 2010, they worked as a Staff Biologist/Intern in the Stranding Investigation Program at Mote Marine Laboratory. In the same year, they also joined Ki Mobility and held various roles. Kaitlyn started as a Systems Analyst, where they collaborated with project groups to identify organizational improvements and oversaw testing of IT solutions. Kaitlyn then became the Director of Systems, responsible for overseeing system design and implementation. Later, they transitioned to the role of Vice President Of Production, leading a team of managers and overseeing the order production process. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Ki Mobility, where they play a pivotal role in the company's operations.

Kaitlyn Budd completed their undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2004 to 2008. Kaitlyn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology during this time. Later, in 2013 to 2015, Kaitlyn pursued further education at Northwestern University, where they earned a Professional Development Certificate in Project Management.
