Chase Adamson has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as a General Assembly Off-line Specialist and Production Pilot Team Leader at Kia Georgia, Inc. since January 2011. Responsibilities include developing processes and training teams on new vehicle procedures, particularly for full electric vehicles. Previous roles at Kia include Chassis Repair Team Lead, where Chase oversaw the diagnosis and repair of various vehicle components, and Chassis and Trim Repair Team Member, focusing on assembly and quality assurance. Prior work experience includes positions as a Floor Technician at Bryan’s Transmission and Salesperson at Advance Auto Parts, coupled with managerial experience at Captain D's. Chase holds a degree in Automotive Readiness from Southern Union State Community College.

Kia Georgia, Inc. is the first manufacturing site in North America for Kia Motors Corporation based in Seoul, South Korea. Kia Georgia is located on 2,200 acres in West Point, Georgia, and began mass production on Nov. 16, 2009. Kia Georgia is home to the Sorento, the Telluride,, and the K5 mid-size sedan, two of the brand’s top selling models. Beginning in 2012, the plant has the ability to build 360,000 vehicles annually from U.S. and globally-sourced parts.
