Rodolphe Villain has extensive experience in IT management and project leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Lead Ops Web at Kiabi since May 2022, Rodolphe previously held the role of IT Operations Manager at Groupe Damartex from October 2018 to May 2022, overseeing application support and a team of around twenty personnel. Prior to that, Rodolphe spent over a decade at Naval Group in various roles, including Project Director and Technical Project Director, managing significant IT infrastructure and ERP implementation projects. Earlier career experiences include positions at SFR, SFIG, and Cerestar, where Rodolphe led multiple projects, focusing on operational excellence and client satisfaction. Rodolphe holds a DESS in Management of Information Systems from Grenoble IAE and a diploma from Eindhoven University of Technology in Industrial Management.
