Kiasma Health
At Kiasma, we believe everyone has the potential to live their best life. Often, this means working on your wellbeing. What to work on first, whether that be physical or mental health, as well as the type and level of support needed, is as unique as each individual themselves. We are on a mission to ensure every employee has access to the personalised tools and progressive levels of support they need to improve physical and mental wellbeing. We are building an engaging, personalised digital platform that helps individuals improve their well-being by ensuring they receive the right support, in the right way, at the right time. We focus on prevention but also meet people where they are in their wellbeing journey. We combine early intervention through self-directed learning and proven digital cognitive behavioural therapy with human-to-human clinical support via our network of trusted coaches, counsellors, GPs, and other professionals to improve someone’s well-being outcomes.
