Assistant Director Of Security at Kiawah Island Community Association

John Buice has held various roles throughout their work experience. John started their career in 2001 as a Sales Representative at Toby's Bait & Tackle. John then worked as an Electrician at BNC Electrical in 2003 and as an Assembly Line Worker at Behr in 2004. In the same year, they joined the Kiawah Island Community Association (KICA) as a Security/CSA, responsible for controlling access to the island and enforcing rules and regulations. In 2007, they became the Encroachment Permit Coordinator at KICA, managing permits for construction activities. John then progressed to the roles of Security Supervisor and Assistant Director of Security, where they supervised a team, provided on-the-scene supervision during emergencies, and ensured the enforcement of laws and policies. Since 2016, they have been serving as the Assistant Director of Security at KICA.

John Buice attended James Island High School from 2000 to 2003. John did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study during this time. Additionally, in December 2014, they obtained a certification as a SLED Level 1 Trainer from SLED Level 2&3 Trainer institution.
