Andrés Romo Vivar

Andrés Romo Vivar has a diverse work experience. Andrés started working at Blockbuster Chile in 2003, where they served as a Manager and later became a Store Manager until 2012. In 2012, they joined Kibernum as a Gestor de Servicios IT, responsible for implementing processes and managing client relationships. In 2014, they were promoted to Gestor senior de servicios IT, and currently holds the position of Senior Talent Lead at Kibernum.

Andrés Romo Vivar has a diverse education history. Andrés obtained a Diploma in Service Management and Customer Experience from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Chile in 2021, focusing on Business Strategy and Management. In 2013, they attended a leadership and innovation seminar at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, with a specific focus on entrepreneurial leadership. Andrés completed their undergraduate studies at Universidad Los Leones from 2008 to 2012, earning a degree in Social Communication with a specialization in Marketing. Andrés'scoursework encompassed various areas such as communications, marketing, strategic sales, and team leadership. In 1996-1997, they studied Audiovisual Communication at the University of Arts, Sciences, and Communication. Additionally, Andrés has received several certifications, including "Successful Virtual Interviews: Tips for Leaders and Human Resources" and "Agile Leadership: How to Face the New Normal" from LinkedIn, and "Scrum Fundamentals Certified" from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in 2018.
