Gabriela Albarrán Avalos

Gabriela Albarrán Avalos has diverse work experience in the field of people development and organizational management. Gabriela currently serves as the Head of People Experience & Organizational Development at Kibernum, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to that, Gabriela worked as a Profesora Diplomado at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez from March 2021 to present, and as a Profesora Pregrado from March 2019 to July 2023.

Gabriela also held senior roles at eb | METRICS, starting as the Director of Development and Innovation from March 2019 to May 2022, where they oversaw the design and development of platforms for people management. Gabriela later became the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) from May 2022 to July 2023, responsible for the commercial area of the organization and driving its growth.

In addition, Gabriela has experience as a Jefa de proyectos at Gestionando Consultores, where they managed consultancy projects in human resources from November 2017 to February 2019. Gabriela also worked as a Consultant and Project Manager at HuX - People Development, handling projects such as creating and implementing soft skills workshops for various companies.
