Ross Dickinson has a diverse work experience in the plumbing and heating industry. Ross started their career as a plumbing apprentice at RA Walter Plumbing & Heating in 2001 and gained valuable skills and knowledge in the trade. Ross then worked as a head plumber at Candleberry Homes Ltd, where they handled various plumbing and heating tasks and also took up project management responsibilities. In 2007, Ross ventured into their own business, Emerald Plumbing and Heating Services Limited, where they successfully built a customer base and undertook a wide range of plumbing and heating projects. At Rothenberger UK Ltd, they served as a technical manager, focusing on improving product designs and reducing the number of returns. Currently, Ross is the founder, CEO, and CTO of Kibosh Ltd, where they developed emergency pipe repair and rapid freezing clamps, handled patent and IP processes, and gained expertise in commercial law, injection molding, and material suitability. Throughout their career, Ross demonstrated strong communication skills, building relationships with customers, trades, and employees.

Ross Dickinson attended Peebles High School from 1987 to 1992. Ross then went on to study Plumbing Mechanical Engineering at Borders College from 2001 to 2004. During their time at Borders College, Ross achieved an SVQ Level 3 and received recognition as the SNIPEF Apprentice of the year. Ross also obtained certifications in Gas Safe and BPEC.

They thought of the Emergency Pipe Repair when called out to yet another house being flooded by a burst pipewith no way of turning the water off, which caused his customer a great deal of damage and distress.
