Matt Brancatisano is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in lifecycle marketing and customer relationship management. At Kic, Matt currently serves as Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager since January 2024. Prior to this, Matt worked at Memories Group Limited as CRM & CX Manager, where contributions included developing CRM solutions that facilitated the launch of new products and enhanced the B2B2C partner program. Previously, Matt held roles at Loup, including Retention Marketing Manager and CRM Executive, focusing on data-driven CRM strategies and campaign execution for several high-profile brands. Matt began their career as a Marketing Intern at Methven Australia, gaining experience in market research and digital marketing. Matt holds a double degree in Marketing and Management from Monash University.
