Douglas Drysdale

Douglas Drysdale has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Douglas started their career in 1990 as a Consultant at Siemens Nixdorf and worked there until 1994. Following that, they joined Vorsprung Business Systems as an Implementation Manager, where they supported Scottish customers and developed expertise in the Navision product. In 1998, Douglas founded Ark Computing Solutions, a Navision reseller business focused on the Scottish marketplace. Douglas successfully secured new business with companies of various sizes. In 2004, they joined Maritech UK Ltd as a Technical Director, managing their NAV business and introducing Maritech's product into the UK market. In 2008, Douglas worked as an Operations Manager at AKVA Group Scotland before joining Talon Business Solutions in 2009 as a Project Manager. Currently, they are employed at Kick ICT Group Ltd, where they initially held the position of Group NAV Director before transitioning to the role of Dynamics CTO in July 2020.

Douglas Drysdale attended Bell Baxter High School from 1975 to 1979. Douglas did not receive a degree or study any specific field during their time there. Later, from 1980 to 1983, they pursued their education at Dundee College of Commerce. Douglas obtained a SHND degree in Business Studies, with a focus on Business Systems.
