Personal Trainer/Coach at Kickoff

Carmen Narcisse Pichon has worked in various roles throughout their career. Carmen began as a Physical Therapy Tech Intern at Peak Performance Physical Therapy in 2006. From there, they worked as a Youth Fitness Instructor at Elmwood Fitness Center in 2009, and later became a Fitness Consultant and Manager at the same company. During their time at Elmwood Fitness Center, they were also recognized as "Professional of the Quarter" for two consecutive quarters in 2009.

In 2011, Carmen joined Delgado Community College as a Teaching Assistant (TA) and then moved on to become the General Manager at Gym Matrix in 2012. After their stint at Gym Matrix, they returned to Elmwood Fitness Center as a Manager until 2012.

In 2014, Carmen started their own venture called Nola Fit Chick, where they offered personalized training programs and motivation for exercise and healthy eating habits.

Most recently, Carmen joined Kickoff as a Personal Trainer/Coach in 2020. At Kickoff, they create customized workout plans using their app, providing nutrition help, habit tracking, daily reminders, and optional virtual live training sessions.

Throughout their work experience, Carmen has showcased their expertise in personal training, weight loss, fitness consultation, and management.

Carmen Narcisse Pichon attended Louisiana State University from 2001 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Additionally, they have obtained certification as an ACE certified personal trainer from the American Council on Exercise.
