Molly George has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Molly began their career in 2009 at T3 as a Public Relations Coordinator, where they handled internal and external agency communications, secured thought leadership placement, and managed a successful pro-bono campaign. Molly then worked as a Public Relations Specialist at Bazaarvoice from 2010 to 2012, where they focused on media relations and communication strategies. In 2012, they joined BuildASign.com as a PR Manager, and later that year moved to Mutual Mobile as a Client Insights Manager, where they managed sales enablement programs and client PR initiatives. In 2013, Molly founded their own digital PR firm, Kickstand Communications, where they lead as the CEO. At Kickstand, they build integrated communications programs for technology brands, offering services such as media relations, content marketing, and crisis communications. Molly's work experience demonstrates their expertise in PR, client management, and sales enablement.

Molly George obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in Public Relations and Business Foundations from The University of Texas at Austin.
