Currently serving as Head of Alliances at CSL Behring and as a Mentor and Cohort Lead at ThrivewithMentoring, Debbie also holds positions as President of Swiss Netball and Procurement and Operations Expert at Kickstart Innovation. Prior roles include Managing Director at Aurora Alpha GmbH, Procurement Lead at Anheuser-Busch InBev, and various strategic management positions at SABMiller and Procter & Gamble. Debbie holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Bath and is pursuing an altMBA.

Kickstart Innovation
Kickstart is one of Europe's largest zero equity, multi-corporate ecosystem innovation platforms that runs a scale-up program for later-stage startups with a goal to accelerate deep tech innovation. Science and engineering driven technologies have the potential to solve humanity’s biggest challenges. They require unprecedented collaboration between established organizations and the most audacious entrepreneurs out there.
