Oana Ria is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and new work innovation. Currently serving as Regional Manager at SINGA Switzerland and Special Projects Manager at Kickstart Innovation, Oana has a notable history as Chapter Co-Lead for Big & Growing New Work Ideathon Zürich and Project Lead at NOW Opera. With a strong background in leading innovation journeys and managing community engagement, Oana has successfully curated events and workshops, while also mentoring startups and contributing to various initiatives promoting intercultural education and global citizenship. Oana holds a Master’s Degree in Security and Diplomacy from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Bucharest.
