Prior positions include Head of Digital Business Model at Sanitas Krankenversicherung, co-founding Aware Plus, and managerial roles at Accenture, where expertise was applied to digital strategy and transformation. Richard's early career involved innovative research at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, where contributions to wearable technology gained international recognition.
