Rico Wyder is an experienced business leader currently serving as the Head of International at Skillable since 2023. Alongside this role, Wyder acts as a Board Member for zevvy and an Advisor for New Work & Learning at Kickstart Innovation, which focuses on bridging the gap between startups, corporations, and institutions to foster deep tech innovation. With a rich background as an investor and advisor for Funnel View, Wyder has supported startups and sales leaders in expanding into new markets across EMEA and APAC. Previous leadership positions include Co-Head of Global Sales at Humu, RVP of Sales - EMEA at Degreed, VP of Sales at Avrios, and Director of Sales APAC at Fiksu DSP. Additionally, Wyder co-founded Foodpanda during its initial launch in South-East Asia and has held various roles at tenCube and Rocket Internet. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Esade, an Executive Master in Marketing & Sales from SDA Bocconi, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen.

Kickstart is one of Europe's largest zero equity, multi-corporate ecosystem innovation platforms that runs a scale-up program for later-stage startups with a goal to accelerate deep tech innovation. Science and engineering driven technologies have the potential to solve humanity’s biggest challenges.
