Sam Kusek

Sam Kusek is a seasoned professional in outreach and project management within the comic and gaming industries, currently serving as the Senior Outreach Lead for Comics at Kickstarter since April 2024. As the Owner of Cave of Monsters Games since September 2017, Sam designed and created the storytelling game "Henshin!" and collaborated with comic creators for product releases. Previous experience includes roles at Smarsh, where Sam was a Senior Project Manager overseeing multiple teams and accounts, and at BOOM! Studios, where significant contributions included generating unique retailer covers and enhancing overall sales. Sam has also worked as an Events Coordinator at Comicazi, Project Manager at Velir Studios, Co-Creator of the ComedyCazi show, and Web Project Manager at Wakefly, complemented by a BA in Marketing Communications from Emerson College.
