Dalton connects with partners through his passion for providing meaningful professional learning to educators, which will lead to successful student growth. As a former high school math teacher in Philadelphia, he understands the importance of impactful, data-driven decisions for better outcomes in teaching and student knowledge. Prior to teaching, he worked in client management and Human Resources at Northwestern Mutual providing financial literacy and tools for professional development.

Dalton holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Delaware.
