Matthew Brezina is an accomplished early-stage technology investor and advisor with a robust background in founding and scaling startups. Currently serving as an early-stage technology investor and advisor at Ford Street Ventures since March 2020, Matthew continues to support determined founders through capital and guidance. As the founder and community organizer of Kid Safe SF since January 2021, Matthew advocates for bike lane safety. Previously co-founding the People Protected Bike Lane initiative, Matthew organized grassroots movements to protect cyclists. With extensive experience in early-stage technology investment at firms such as Personal Capital and Charles River Ventures, Matthew has played key roles in numerous startup successes, including as co-founder and CEO of Sincerely, Inc. and a board member during Xobni's acquisition by Yahoo. Matthew holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and pursued advanced studies at the University of Maryland before embarking on a startup career.
