Eren Wilson is an experienced teaching artist and educator with a strong background in visual arts and arts integration. Currently serving as a Teaching Artist at KID smART since August 2022, Eren develops arts-integrated projects at Hynes Charter, enhancing student engagement. Recent experience includes teaching a summer course on "Introduction to Anime and Manga" for high school students at Travis Hill Schools. Previous roles encompass visual arts instruction at The Living School, library programming at New Orleans Public Library, and digital artistry for Outside Magazine. Eren has pursued education in theater and is currently enrolled in the MAT program in Secondary Education at Tulane University School of Professional Advancement, demonstrating a commitment to advancing pedagogical skills in the arts.
