Elena Beltman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in franchise support and marketing. Currently serving as a Franchise Support Specialist at Kidcreate Studio since November 2017, Elena leads new studio launches, provides initial training, and develops resources for franchise owners. Previously, Elena worked as a Marketing and Administrative Assistant at Kidcreate Studio, as well as an Emerging Media Coordinator at Bolin Marketing, where support was provided for Honeywell Home products and social media initiatives were executed. Earlier roles included providing childcare at College Nannies, Sitters and Tutors, and contributing to marketing efforts at the American Indian Family Center and Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota. Elena holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Mass Communications from the University of Minnesota and has experience in customer service from a supervisory role at Caribou Coffee.
